Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we want every customer to have a great experience with HEALTH SHAK. If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the original tags and labels still attached.

If you would like to return an item, please email us info@healthshak.co.uk and a member of the team will be happy to help. Please reference your original order number to make the process faster and allow up to 10 working days from the receipt of your item for the return or exchange to be processed.
